◆ 本产品所有关键零件均采用用日本进口钢材SKD11加硬处理，同时表面镀高强度防锈硬铬；气缸和阀采用国内著名品牌亚德克（AIRTAC）,导轨和滑块采用台湾上银（HIWIN）,端子刀片采用瑞士壹胜佰（ASSAB）的ASP88专用刀模料,经久耐用。

◆  压接高度连续调节系统：采用转盘调节机构，C.H.调节精度0.05mm，调节范围0.5mm；I.H.调节精度0.1mm，调节范围1.0mm调节节奏感强，刻度易识别，从此不用再频繁调整压接机闭合高度，理想的压接质量就是这么容易实现！

◆ 送料机构：前送料（半自动）和后送料（全自动）两种方案可供选择。
